Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Raipur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the manager will handle employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational success.

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Employee Relations and Performance Management skills
• Training and Development expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the food processing industry is a plus
