About the position :

We are a fast-growing startup specializing in 3D conversion and production. As we scale, we need a highly organized Production Coordinator to ensure smooth operations across our production pipeline. This role requires expert level ShotGrid experience to manage tasks, schedules, and resources effectively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple vendors and provide daily updates.
• Coordinate and track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines using ShotGrid .
• Assist in scheduling tasks, ensuring teams meet production timelines.
• Maintain clear communication between production, creative, and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or issues proactively.
• Organize and manage assets, ensuring proper version control and tracking.
• Work with the department leads to allocate resources efficiently.
• Prepare reports and production updates for stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new team members onto ShotGrid and production processes.
• Ensure documentation and best practices are maintained for production workflows.
