Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across all online channels.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging creatives and ad copies.
- Manage social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI on all campaigns.
- Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Lead, mentor, and train junior marketers to achieve department goals.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing company.Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).Strong knowledge of SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Canva, etc.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
