Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive with a strong analytical mindset and at least 3 years of experience in data management, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and analysing business information systems to support informed decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze sales, service, and operations data to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.
- Create dashboards and performance trackers for various departments (Sales, Service, Accounts, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all business reports and systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, automate reports, and streamline data flow.
- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis, forecasting, and presentations.
- Maintain and update database systems using Excel, ERP tools, or relevant software.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and develop SOPs for data management and reporting.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or business reporting.Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros preferred).Working knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (experience with Tally ERP or similar is a plus).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.Requirements
