The Offline Sales Lead will be responsible for driving offline sales by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and executing sales strategies independently. This role is target-driven and requires strong networking, negotiation, and execution skills without direct team management responsibilities.
Develop and execute offline sales strategies to achieve business targets and market penetration.
Identify and onboard new customers through field visits, events, and partnerships.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through offline initiatives.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support offline campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
Implement sales processes, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking.
Ensure adherence to compliance, pricing policies, and company guidelines.
