Role Overview

We're hiring for two distinct roles: a Graphic Designer to create scroll-stopping static visuals and a Video Editor to produce engaging video content. Both roles demand strong cultural awareness, quick iteration, and internet-savvy instincts. Shortlisted candidates will complete role-specific assessment tasks.

1) Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, app, and web platforms

• Create high-impact visuals for campaigns, launches, drops, and news

• Translate brand identity into cohesive visual systems (layouts, typography, color)

• Collaborate with marketing, creators, and content teams

• Iterate quickly and maintain consistency across deliverables

Requirements

• 0–2 years in graphic/visual design

• Expert in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

• Strong fundamentals in layout, color, typography, hierarchy

• Cultural awareness, conceptual thinking, and fast execution

• Bonus: AI tools for asset generation

What You'll Create

Instagram posts, reel covers, drop campaigns, editorial announcements, and community content.

Assessment Task

3 Instagram creatives (post, drop/reel cover, news post) focusing on premium aesthetics, hype, and storytelling.

2) Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit creator-led content end-to-end for social platforms

• Produce short- and long-form reels for campaigns, drops, and brand moments

• Own the video pipeline from shoot to publish

• Collaborate with creators, marketing, and founders

• Experiment rapidly while aligning with brand voice

Requirements

• 0–2 years in video editing

• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

• Mastery of pacing, typography, transitions, and effects

• Deep internet culture intuition, meme awareness, trend savvy

• Bonus: AI tools for editing/assets

What You'll Create

Creator collabs, UGC edits, campaign reels, and engagement-optimized social content.

Assessment Task

2 reels (30–40s Boulevard Event; Kush Sachdeva UGC ad highlighting USPs).
