We’re looking for energetic, sincere, and tech-savvy team members who can ensure a seamless customer experience from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer calls through Exotel IVR system .
  • Communicate professionally via our WhatsApp Business Verified Device .
  • Send updates, follow-ups, and official communication using Google Workspace email .
  • Maintain and update customer records through Google Forms and Google Drive .
  • Use Microsoft Excel / Word on Microsoft Work Account (365 Business Standard License) for reports, documentation, and analysis.
  • Provide timely updates on customer queries, issues, and resolutions.
