Salary Range : ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Experience : 1–4 years

Key Requirements (Mandatory)

Proven experience managing five-star spa and wellness facilities with international luxury hospitality brands .

Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.

In-depth knowledge of spa and wellness protocols, international standards, and guest experience excellence.

Role Responsibilities :

Lead and manage day-to-day spa and wellness operations.

Ensure service delivery aligns with international luxury wellness standards.

Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain operational excellence.

Manage budgets, revenue targets, and inventory control.

Maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
