ClearQuote - DevOps Engineer - CI / CD Pipeline

We are hiring a passionate DevOps Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI / CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting with Python, along with a keen eye for cost optimization and cloud systems efficiency.

Proficiency in deployment, maintenance and monitoring of Cloud Software covering Mobile apps, Web applications, AI-ML models, REST APIs, Nosql databases will be critical

Role location is flexible / :

• Manage, monitor, and optimise cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Deploy and manage container applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Write automation scripts / tools using Python (and / or Shell)
• Implement cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security and ensure Production uptime at 99.99%
• Collaborate with developers, QA, Product and Customer IT teams to improve software delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues in production and staging environments.
• Strong communication skills, up-to-date on the latest Cloud and IT Networking Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, etc)
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible).
• Understanding of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar)
• Awareness of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
