Your Role

As an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing personalized customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AJO. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data engineering, and UX to deliver seamless and data-driven customer experiences across channels.

In This Role, You Will Play a Key Role In :

• Designing and implementing real-time, personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Integrating AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time CDP, and other Martech tools.
• Developing and managing event triggers, decisioning logic, and audience segmentation.
• Collaborating with marketing and analytics teams to define journey goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing journey performance, ensuring high deliverability and engagement.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
• Staying up to date with Adobe product updates and best practices.

1. Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) : Deep understanding of journey orchestration, event triggers, and personalization.

2. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) : Experience with schemas, datasets, segments, and Real-Time CDP.

3. JavaScript & APIs : Ability to work with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations.

4. Data Modeling & Querying : Proficiency in JSON, XDM schema, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

5. Marketing Automation & Campaign Tools : Familiarity with Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or similar platforms is a plus.
