Job Title : Senior Data Analyst (Power BI : : 7-10 years

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, particularly within the insurance, finance, or banking domains. This role is ideal for someone with deep analytical skills, a passion for the latest technologies, and hands-on experience in machine learning and predictive modeling.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to extract insights from complex datasets
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable

insights

  • Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques (including NLP and predictive modeling)
  • Develop and maintain data models using tools such as ERWin, Enterprise Architect, or Visio
  • Design and implement efficient ETL processes for data transformation and loading
  • Manage and query data across various DBMS (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Utilize Hadoop, NoSQL, and big data platforms for large-scale data processing
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
  • Contribute to Agile project planning and development Skills & Experience :
  • 7-10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
  • Proven experience developing complex Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Solid experience in insurance or financial services domains (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes
  • Proficiency with SQL, UNIX / Linux / Solaris / Windows environments
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with data mining, data modeling, and data visualization best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for new technologies and continuous learning
