💰 Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Description :

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bangalore. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities :

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Present and promote company products / services to clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Gather market insights and share feedback with the management team.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and client meetings.

Requirements :

Any graduate or fresher with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about sales, marketing, and client engagement.

Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to work under pressure.

Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales strategies (preferred).

Knowledge of the local market in Bangalore is an added advantage.
