Job description

Recruiting for a scheduled commercial Bank.

Experience in Banking domain or NBFC domain is must.

Strategic and planning

  • IT Project Management- working with Internal and external stakeholders like System

Integrator Partners, Banking transition partners.

  • Ensure project reporting and governance processes is in place to improves stakeholder
  • transparency.

  • Plan, implement and support solutions covering areas of 3rd Party applications.
  • Demonstrate Outstanding Collaborative Skills, Excellent Drafting, Verbal & Written
  • Communication skills

  • Technical Expertise to trouble shoot issues / integration activities
  • Documentation and Tracking
  • Managing CRs, Audit, and Overall monitoring of CRM, Chatbot and E-Meeting
  • Applications.

  • As a part of vendor management, monitoring and evaluating the performance of vendors.
  • Functional

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational
  • objectives.

  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
  • Internal process

  • Work closely with sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables,
  • budget and timing for new initiatives.

  • Manage Project teams for optimal return-on-investment and coordinate & delegate cross project initiatives.
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Work closely with sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables,

  • Analyse, evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for
  • management and stakeholders as required.

    People Development

  • Ensure that the employees within the Division maintain the highest standards of professional
  • conduct, ethics, integrity, and control in execution of all their daily operations.

  • Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance
  • parameters and feedback to the team members.

  • Take overall responsibility for identification of training needs and completion of mandatory
  • training programs / certifications for self and reportees.

  • Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and build a robust
  • succession pipeline
