The Role
Assistant Manager – Human Resource will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the right talent joins on time. This includes planning and running focused hiring campaigns, building strong talent pipelines, and coordinating interviews efficiently. You will partner with business leaders to understand their needs, conduct and schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates while delivering results effectively and with high quality
