Job description

1. Experience & Leadership

Lead daily warehouse operations in a multi-channel fulfillment environment (B2B & B2C).
Manage a team of 8-10 executives / assistant managers and 100+ blue-collar associates.
Drive workforce productivity, training, and motivation to ensure seamless execution.

2. Process & Technology

Oversee end-to-end warehouse processes-receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Uniware, or equivalent tools.

Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) for reporting and tracking.

3. Inventory & Order Fulfillment

Manage order fulfillment at scale :

B2B : ~2,500-3,000 cases dispatched daily for 10-15 vendors.

B2C : ~3,500-4,000 orders processed daily.

Oversee inventory of 70,000-80,000 units with accuracy and process adherence.

Ensure high service levels, timely dispatch, and zero stock variances.

4. Relocation & Workplace Flexibility

Comfortable with daily travel / relocation within a 20-25 km radius of Bhiwandi.

Flexible to adapt to operational needs and extended hours when required.

5. Qualifications & Communication

Degree (preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field).

6+ years of experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.

Strong problem-solving, people management, and communication skills.

Comfortable in English and Hindi for team coordination.
