Role Description

The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include identifying and onboarding potential customers, managing client inquiries, supporting loan application processes, and ensuring timely documentation. Additional duties involve conducting market research, organizing community engagement activities, and providing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction while achieving business growth goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and relationship management
• Proficiency in customer service, client engagement, and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with financial services, loan processing, and market research methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in financial services, housing finance, or customer relationship management is preferred
• Knowledge of local market and languages in the Surat area is an advantage
