About the Role

We're Scale.jobs, a small but mighty team shaking up how people find and build their next career move. As a Resume & Career Consultant, you'll own the delivery of world-class resumes for top management and entry-level candidates, specifically for the US market. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each client’s profile stands out, while helping to streamline SOPs and build effective resume strategies directly with our Head of Careers.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Craft professional, ATS-optimized resumes for US-based roles covering diverse experience levels

Consult with clients to deeply understand their career goals and achievements

Collaborate with the Head of Careers to refine resume strategies and SOPs

Stay updated on US hiring practices, industry trends, and formatting standards

Maintain quality and consistency across all resume deliverables to ensure high client satisfaction

We'll Vibe If You…

Bachelor's / Master's graduate with 1-2 years of experience (experience mandatory)

Proven track record writing resumes for the US market, across management and entry-level roles

Exceptionally fluent in English with strong communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and always striving to deliver excellence

Eager to take ownership of delivery and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
