What You'll Do :

As a Backend Developer Lead, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and scaling the backend architecture that powers our suite of web and mobile applications.

You'll lead a team of skilled backend engineers, define best practices, and ensure that our systems deliver high performance, reliability, and security at scale.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead the backend development team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and code reviews.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Golang and / or Python (Flask).
• Architect modular backend systems with a focus on performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Manage asynchronous workflows using Celery, RabbitMQ, or Redis to optimize task execution.
• Design and maintain relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) using SQLAlchemy or native ORM tools.
• Drive DevOps initiatives, ensuring seamless CI / CD, deployment, and monitoring across environments.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Oversee system monitoring, logging, and performance tuning to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve system efficiency and scalability.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence through documentation, reviews, and continuous learning.
