Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing AWS EKS clusters, Kubernetes environments, and a wide range of AWS services while ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
AWS Infrastructure Management
- Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform (or similar IaC tools).
- Ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness across AWS resources.
- Apply best practices for networking, IAM, and security configurations.
EKS Infrastructure & Add-ons
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using AWS EKS.Configure and maintain essential EKS add-ons (e.g., AWS Load Balancer Controller, Cluster Autoscaler, External DNS).Implement RBAC, IAM roles, and policies to ensure cluster governance and security.Kubernetes & Containerization
Create and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes-based applications.Optimize Dockerfiles and container build pipelines.Follow Kubernetes best practices for deployment, scaling, and security.CI / CD & Automation
Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines for infrastructure testing and deployments.Automate provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and Kubernetes operators.Integrate observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.Infrastructure Optimization & Maintenance
Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.Apply FinOps best practices for resource rightsizing and cost control.Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.Qualifications
Strong experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.)Hands-on expertise with Terraform or similar IaC toolsProficient in managing Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKSExperience with Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes networkingFamiliarity with CI / CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD, ArgoCD)Solid understanding of cloud security, RBAC, and IAMExperience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK StackExcellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skillsExperience mentoring junior engineersNice to Have
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions ArchitectExperience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd)Knowledge of database services (e.g., RDS, DynamoDB)Familiarity with Kubernetes operators and GitOps workflowsWe have offices in Pune and Bengaluru location.
