We are seeking a seasoned Architect - Digital Customer Experience with deep expertise to lead the architectural design, development oversight, and end-to-end implementation of robust Digital Customer Experience solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in translating strategic business objectives into scalable digital capabilities that enhance customer engagement, drive operational efficiency, and future-proof our technology landscape.
The Architect will engage in the full project lifecycle-partnering closely with business stakeholders, digital product teams, and cross-functional technology partners. Responsibilities include driving solution design, setting architectural standards, enabling reusability across platforms, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability are embedded in the digital experience ecosystem. This role requires strong technical acumen, a collaborative mindset, and a forward-thinking approach to digital innovation.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Percent of Time
Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives. Work integrally with external service providers, and Business for implementation of Digital Customer Experience solutions globally. 10%
Collaborate with various functions to ensure end to end process integration and consistency. Review, analyze, and solution change requests to determine complexity and provide resource / cost estimates. 10%
Facilitate defining required policies and procedures and standards to maintain a global of Digital Customer Experience Landscape. Work on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and provide the estimates. 10%
Work on providing Business as Usual support for Digital Customer Experience within the corporation which involves break fixes and change requests. 10%
Contribute to the global deployment, development, test, and implementation of Digital Customer Experience solutions, bug fixes and enhancements. 10%
Provide information to IT and Business leadership regarding best practices, industry trends and business opportunities, as well as feedback on the overall performance of processes and tools. 10%
Provide best practices for the production monitoring, problem resolution and peak season readiness activities. 10%
Identify and initiate process improvements (continuous improvement). 10%
Drive and oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive testing strategies including Unit, Integration, Regression, Performance, and Disaster Recovery testing to ensure solution resilience, scalability, and reliability across the digital experience ecosystem 10%
Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required. 5%
Define and implement Dev Ops procedure using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Sonar. 5%

o Product Experience Management (e.g., Akeneo, Salsify)
o Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., Adobe DAM, Bynder)
o Modern Web Development frameworks and practices.
