Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms such asGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimizecampaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and KPIs to identify trends, insights, andareas for optimization.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools,and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
  • Generate regular reports to showcase campaign performance and provideactionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to ensurecohesive campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to driveinnovation and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A / B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign elements,including ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data-driven insights andcampaign performance analysis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emergingtechnologies to proactively identify opportunities for growth.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE :
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing paid media campaigns across variousplatforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, FacebookAds, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provideactionable insights.
  • Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance (e.G.,Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Sheets, etc).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to presentfindings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality work.
  • Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay updated with industry trends andbest practices.
  • Agency background preferable
