Lead Engineer - iOS

Experience : 6-10 Years

Location : Gurgaon

Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead Engineer - Mobile (iOS) with 5-9 years of experience to join an exciting team focused on building innovative mobile applications. You will collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver cutting-edge iOS products and work on impactful projects that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop mobile applications using Swift and SwiftUI for iOS platforms.
  • Design and implement iOS UI features with SwiftUI and UIKit.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in delivery planning and technical design evaluations.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to align business priorities and communicate technical choices effectively.
  • Maintain high code quality with practices like unit testing, code reviews, and pair programming.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • 5-9 years of experience in iOS development with Swift and solid object-oriented programming principles.
  • Strong experience with SwiftUI and reactive programming.
  • Ability to work on both iOS and Android apps using Swift and Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Delivery practices.
  • Knowledge of unit testing, CI / CD approaches, and relevant tools.
  • Proactive in tackling challenges and developing solutions.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
