The Role : Catalyst for Technical Talent Acquisition

This is a critical mid-level role designed for a hands-on recruiter who can immediately inject technical rigor, efficiency, and modern sourcing strategies into our hiring process. You will be expected to work with minimal input from our technical leads, managing the full recruitment life cycle for niche and high-demand IT roles in parallel.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables1. Technical Requirement Analysis and JD Creation (The "Translation" Skill)

• JD Creation & Intake :  Quickly translate minimal 2-3 line client needs into accurate, engaging JDs by conducting effective short intake calls with technical leads to extract all required details and skill sets.
• Pipeline Strategy :  Develop specific, results-oriented sourcing strategies immediately following JD creation, tailored to the target platform (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
