Has a bigger scale and big-picture knowledge awareness and ownership. I.e. owns architecture patterns, practices, and principles not limited to Salesforce core only, but touching all the different clouds, integration, security, data, and DevOps

Primarily focuses on design activities, but can either transition into a Tech Lead role or reduce assignment on a project, depending on the engagement and program

Leads the identification and scoping / estimation of additional scope and activities
Supports the Solutions team with the solutioning and estimation of new opportunities and pre-sales discussions with prospective clients
Provides oversight and assurance of the scoping and estimation of projects being supported by Technical Leads
Technical
Approximately 10+ years of experience
A Salesforce expert with excellent hands-on experience in Salesforce Platform, Configuration, Integration, and Customization.
Must have knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience cloud. Other clouds will be an added advantage.
Able to produce clear solution design documentation
Confident in presenting designs in client forums (e.g. Design Authorities)
