Job Summary
ClimaCrew is seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to build and execute our commercial strategy across India and international markets. The ideal leader has experience scaling ₹500–₹1,000+ crore businesses while thriving in agile, innovation-led startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead ClimaCrew’s commercial roadmap for multi-year revenue and margin growth.
- Build, mentor, and scale sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Drive structured commercial processes inspired by enterprise-scale experience.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships across agri-inputs, food, feed, and blue economy sectors.
- Oversee pricing strategy (value-based), forecasting, channel expansion, and key account management.
- Strengthen ClimaCrew’s market positioning in India, MENA, and key export markets.
- Represent the company at high-level industry platforms.
- Foster long-term commercial relationships with institutional, enterprise, and global clients.
Expected Outcomes
Scale annual revenue to ₹250+ crore within three years.Build a commercial engine capable of managing ₹500–₹1,000+ crore in the next growth phase.Establish 20–25+ long-term B2B partnerships in agri-input, feed, food, and pharma.Maintain consistent double-digit EBITDA margins.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;MBA preferred.
10–15+ years of experience, with at least 5–6 years in senior leadership roles with P&L accountability.Proven ability to bring enterprise discipline into agile, high-growth startup environments.Work Experience (Strict Requirement)

Additional requirements :
Demonstrated ability to manage and deepen strategic relationships.Experience developing value-based pricing models.Experience handling small to large enterprise accounts and securing multi-year high-value contracts.Preferred : Experience transitioning from non-ERP to ERP systems & managing international long-term contracts.Key Abilities
