V-Accel AI Dynamics is a rapidly growing AI-driven SaaS and enterprise solutions company.

We build CRM, HRMS, ERP, project management systems, recruitment platforms, and custom AI-powered software for clients across multiple industries.

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions

Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other portals

Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviews

Conduct initial HR screening for cultural and communication fit

Manage interview schedules with technical teams and leadership

Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress

Onboard selected candidates and ensure smooth documentation

Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements

Maintain HR records, job postings, and recruitment dashboards

Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in IT recruitment (SaaS, software development, QA, DevOps, AI roles preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or Naukri

Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Confident, energetic, and process-driven mindset

Good to Have

Experience hiring for AI / ML, SaaS, or enterprise tech roles

Experience handling bulk hiring for internal teams

Knowledge of HR tools and ATS platforms

Ability to assist with basic HR operations and employee engagement

Salary Range

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Performance bonuses available based on hiring success.
