Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi for the role of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. The role involves managing and overseeing the talent acquisition process, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring efficient hiring across various levels in the organization. Primary responsibilities include : conducting full life-cycle recruiting, managing interviews, building strong employer branding initiatives, and fostering a positive candidate experience while ensuring the organization attracts high-caliber talent.

Qualifications- Minimum 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s growth and workforce planning objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Optimize sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Define and track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Present regular reports and insights to HR leadership and business units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations for Campus recruitment
