Scope of the Role :
The scope of this role is to support the technical aspects of F&O. This includes
- Printer management within Dynamics
- Batch jobs; creating and monitoring
- Workflows; creating and monitoring
- Data corrections
- Patch movements to multiple environments
Typical Accountabilities : As Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant is responsible for :
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of technical requirements are capturedAnalysing requirements received from Business Process leads & key stakeholders to deliver required technical solutionProviding technical support for D365 F&O platformUnderstanding business needs, determine best technical solution and leverage on default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectivesSupport testing activities and training end users if requiredAssisting with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications as requiredEnsuring MS standards are followed, and system is configured optimally for performanceMaintaining, managing and supporting D365 application post implementationManaging version control for custom code, builds, releases and deploymentWork closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutionsDeveloping quality documentation as per industry standardsManage and maintain security roles and user access managementSupport DRA, Printer and scanner related requirementsCreate, Manage and maintain workflowsCreate, manage, maintain and monitor batch jobsKey words :
