Scope of the Role :

The scope of this role is to support the technical aspects of F&O. This includes

  • Printer management within Dynamics
  • Batch jobs; creating and monitoring
  • Workflows; creating and monitoring
  • Data corrections
  • Patch movements to multiple environments

Typical Accountabilities : As Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant is responsible for :

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of technical requirements are captured
  • Analysing requirements received from Business Process leads & key stakeholders to deliver required technical solution
  • Providing technical support for D365 F&O platform
  • Understanding business needs, determine best technical solution and leverage on default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives
  • Support testing activities and training end users if required
  • Assisting with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications as required
  • Ensuring MS standards are followed, and system is configured optimally for performance
  • Maintaining, managing and supporting D365 application post implementation
  • Managing version control for custom code, builds, releases and deployment
  • Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions
  • Developing quality documentation as per industry standards
  • Manage and maintain security roles and user access management
  • Support DRA, Printer and scanner related requirements
  • Create, Manage and maintain workflows
  • Create, manage, maintain and monitor batch jobs

    • Key words :

  • Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, or D365 F&O
  • D365 Support experience
  • Understanding of printers, hand held scanners and F&O as a Cloud hosted application
  • Must have good knowledge of F&O
  • Must have worked in a similar role
  • Liaise with internal teams and external.
  • Previous experience working in a project team.
  • An aptitude for creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision with direction given in terms of broadly stated objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to interact and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a Global and Dynamic environment
  • Results driven, works in a highly ethical and professional manner
  • Good team player with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
