Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced MICE Operations Executive to manage and execute corporate group travel programs and events. The role requires handling all operational aspects of MICE travel including hotel contracting, vendor coordination, itinerary planning, and on-ground execution to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute travel operations for MICE groups including flights, hotels, ground transport, venue bookings, and activities.
- Develop detailed itineraries tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and DMCs for group arrangements and confirmations.
- Negotiate rates and manage contracts with service providers.
- Ensure timely delivery of all travel documents and services.
- Manage on-site operations during events, if required.
- Provide post-trip support and feedback management to ensure client satisfaction.
