Requirements

Experience : 10 - 15 Years (Experience in working with large scale business having national foot print in the following industries Telecom, Retail, BFSI Energy, Petrochemical, Power and Manufacturing)

Education : MBA from TIER 1, Tier 2 in Human Resource Domain

Job Description

• Managing Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance and liaison with government authorities.
• Determine compliance system and planned arrangements are implemented timely.
• Plan audits and review non-compliance reports.
• Managing Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance and liaison with government authorities.

• Plan audits and review non-compliance reports.
• Train JC Manager, FC&A Leads with respect to statutory compliance at Jio Center
• Filing of periodic returns
• Maintenance of MIS
• Guidance to Operations team on discipline issues
• Ensure closure of legal notices
• Attending Court Cases and hearings
• Attending Labor Inspections
• Managing liaison with Enforcement officers, local bodies and other external stakeholders
