Salary : - ₹25,000-₹45,000(Fixed) +

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Conversion Optimization

Design and execute  powerful SEO strategies  (on-page, off-page, and technical).

Create  content that ranks  and converts into leads.

Optimize  landing pages, CTAs, button placements, color schemes, and visuals  for maximum user engagement and conversions.

Track and improve performance via  Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools .

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Build and manage  multi-channel lead generation funnels  — organic, paid, and outbound.

Execute  LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, Upwork / Fiverr prospecting,  and other growth tactics.

Communicate directly with leads and clients  via email, chat, and video calls.

Conduct  pitches, demos, and follow-ups  to move leads through the funnel.

Negotiate and close deals  with international clients — ensuring smooth handoff to the project team.

Maintain a  CRM or lead tracking sheet  to monitor all active prospects and deal statuses.

Performance Marketing & Ads

Plan and run  ROI-driven ad campaigns  on  Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads .

Continuously test, analyze, and optimize  ad creatives, copy, and targeting .

Manage budgets smartly to achieve the best cost per lead and conversion rates.

Social Media & Brand Management

Build and grow Vynce Digital’s brand presence on  LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter / X .

Create engaging content calendars aligned with our brand tone and goals.

Write compelling posts, reels, and stories that drive engagement and inquiries.

Analytics & Reporting

Track  marketing KPIs  (traffic, leads, conversion rates, ROI).

Prepare regular reports and present insights to improve campaign performance.

Identify new  growth opportunities, channels, and collaborations .

Must-Have Skills & Experience

3–5 years  of proven experience in  digital marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition .

Expert-level SEO skills  — keyword strategy, content ranking, and conversion optimization.

Hands-on experience  with ad campaigns on  Google, Meta, and LinkedIn .

Strong background in  lead nurturing, email outreach, and deal closing .

Excellent  English communication skills  (writing, speaking, and client interaction).

Understanding of  UI / UX marketing psychology  (color use, layout, call-to-action placement).

Confident handling  international client communication  via email, LinkedIn, and Zoom.

Previous experience  pitching and closing B2B international clients .

Knowledge of  email marketing automation  (Mailchimp, Lemlist, etc.).

Understanding of  international markets  (US, UK, Middle East).
