Experience Required : Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in PHP / LAMP-based application development.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP (LAMP) Developer / Technical Lead who can architect, develop, and lead end-to-end web application projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong technologist with leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust PHP-based web applications using the LAMP stack.

Architecture & Design : Create high-level and low-level software architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Project Leadership : Lead project execution, ensure timely delivery, allocate tasks, and track progress across the development lifecycle.

End-to-End Ownership : Demonstrated experience across the full SDLC — from requirement analysis & technical planning, to development, deployment, and post-production support.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with the product team and business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feasibility inputs, and deliver regular updates.

Team Mentoring : Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and support skill development.

Documentation : Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment playbooks

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience with LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
• Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Strong command over PHP, MySQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Web Services / API integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Working experience with front-end technologies : JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud Services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda (added advantage).
• Proficient with coding standards, debugging, deployment tools, and version control systems (Git).
• Good understanding of application security, scalability, and performance considerations.
• Knowledge of microservices or distributed architecture (preferred but not mandatory).
