This role is for an IT Tech Support professional to install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware for an organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented attitude to provide comprehensive support to all colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and computer systems for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a variety of software and hardware on both Windows and Apple platforms.
- Guide colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
- Maintain procedures and reports that document technical support activities.
- Analyze records and logs to identify underlying trends and potential issues.
- Assist with the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
- Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business.
- Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical support role .Certifications are preferred but not required.Skills Required
