About the role :

We are seeking a Short-Form Content Writer who can craft engaging and high-impact content for personal brands. The ideal candidate should be skilled in storytelling, content strategy, and writing Instagram reel scripts in both Tamil and English.

Language : Tamil / Tanglish

Responsibilities :

• Create Instagram reel scripts in Tamil and English with a strong hook, storytelling, and CTA.
• Develop compelling content that aligns with the personal brand’s voice and audience.
• Build and implement a content strategy to ensure consistency and growth.
• Understand audience psychology and craft content that resonates and drives engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and clients to bring scripts to life.
• Be open to travelling for shoots, meetings, or brainstorming sessions when required.

Requirements :

✅ 0-2 years of Experience in writing short-form content for personal brands

✅ Proficiency in Tamil & English – Must be able to write fluently in both languages.

✅ Strong storytelling skills to create engaging and relatable scripts.

✅ Understanding of content strategy and audience engagement techniques.

✅ Familiarity with Instagram trends, hooks, and viral content structures.

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
