Job Title : Lead Tableau Administrator

Location : Hybrid – Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune

Experience : 8+ years

Employment Type : Full-time

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong Tableau Administration expertise
Installation and configuration of new tableau server
Server upgrade activities
Tableau platform sizing
Issue troubleshooting, tuning and disaster recovery
User access management
Server maintenance activities (e.g. cleanup and create backups of the database and restore)
Server Monitoring / usage statistics to identify possible performance issues
Server administration knowledge on Linux, Azure, AWS & Windows
Production support experience
Leadership Skills
Great Organization skills to manage multiple team members and work streams
Candidate should have exposure to and willingness to learn : Power BI Development and Administration, Microsoft Fabric

Key Responsibilities

Tableau environment Administration as a primary technical point of contact for incidents and Service requests related to Tableau server

Issue troubleshooting and resolution for all users of the Corporate BI Platforms

End-user support and training to inculcate Good Practices and implement Governance

Implement governance measures through automations

Lead a team of admins by planning and delegating to manage daily work along with other parallel initiatives

Install, Upgrade, and provide ongoing support for BI Platforms(Tableau and Power BI)

Communication with Business stakeholders to explain the technical aspects to build relationship across the organization
