Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru, involves working as a Quality Improvement Specialist. The individual will be responsible for conducting quality assessments, analyzing performance data, implementing quality improvements, and managing quality assurance processes. Daily tasks include collaborating with various teams to enhance product quality, monitoring compliance with quality standards, and identifying opportunities for performance improvement.

• Proficient in Quality Assurance processes
• Proven track record in Performance Improvement
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience in technology or manufacturing industries is a plus
