About the Role
The Senior Inside Sales Associate will drive sales with NGOs in a startup environment. This requires enthusiasm, energy, and a hands-on approach to achieve goals efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide video demos of our platform to interested NGOs.
- Address client queries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up rigorously with NGOs to close sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer delight.
