Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and mitigation strategies for segmental launching activities. Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations , industry standards, and environmental guidelines during the segmental launching process. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure clear communication and expectations. Review and approve engineering designs, technical specifications, and construction plans related to segmental launching. Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular reports and providing recommendations to senior management for decision-making. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective problem-solving and resolution of technical issues during the launching process.
