Key Responsibilities Counsel students professionally about courses, career options, and admission procedures Convert walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and leads into admissions Follow up with potential leads and maintain proper documentation Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their career goals Coordinate with faculties, support team, and management for smooth operations Participate in promotional activities, events, seminars, and counselling sessions Achieve monthly admission targets (Incentives will be provided based on performance) Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade, guide, and counsel students Good understanding of educational courses and career trends Strong motivation to achieve targets and earn incentives Comfortable handling enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education field is an added advantage Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay : ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location : In person
