SONIC must have

C++ Developer

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in hardware board bring-up for Cisco routing and switching platform
• Strong in C / C++
• Strong Linux kernel and driver knowledge (I2C, SMBus, hwmon, EEPROM, watchdog, CPLD).
• Hands-on experience with SONiC platform bring-up (device drivers, platform APIs, PMON daemons).
• Able to work with gdb, kdb and jtag based debuggers, board bring-up.
• Solid understanding of sysfs / hwmon interface for hardware monitoring.
• Experience in configuring and validating thermal / fan / PSU management policies
• Knowledge of SONiC build system (makefiles, device directories, platform.json, port_config.ini).
