Urgent : Company Secretary

We are looking to connect with experienced Company Secretaries.

An exciting opportunity is open for a Consultant – CS & Compliance role in Mumbai.

9–10 years of post-qualification experience

Strong knowledge of FDI / FEMA; exposure to PE / VC funds and SEBI AIF Regulations is a plus

Hands-on with corporate compliance & secretarial matters – MCA / RBI filings, board documentation, statutory registers, director compliances, JV / shareholder agreements

Strong communication, stakeholder management & organizational skills.
