Job Description :

The DevOps Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery teams within a complex SAP ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of DevOps practices across development and operations. This role is pivotal in driving Agile maturity, fostering collaboration, and enabling continuous delivery and improvement across SAP modules such as S / 4HANA, BW / 4HANA, PI / PO, and SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities :

DevOps Coach and transformation leadership

• Define transformation roadmap to help customers to move from traditional operating models to DevOps operating models in a SAP space
• Orchestrate DevOps transformation across different aspects like process, culture, change management, tooling, etc. across both external and internal stakeholders. Oversee and guide the implementation of DevOps tools integrated with SAP systems.
• Champion DevOps principles such as CI / CD, automated testing, and monitoring within SAP environments.
• Define and track KPIs for DevOps adoption, including deployment frequency, lead time for changes, and mean time to recovery.
• Coordinate with platform and product IT teams to align operational responsibilities post-SAP go-live.
