Relationship Manager - Partnership and Alliance (Apply in 3 Minutes)

Job description1-4 years of experience in NBFC / BFSI sector with exposure to sales / relationship management of secured / unsecured products Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills. Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS).
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day coordination with partner teams for smooth credit operations.
- Monitor portfolio performance and support in maintaining portfolio quality.
- Assist in collection follow-ups on overdue cases in coordination with partner teams.
- Prepare and maintain basic MIS / data for review.
- Visit partner offices periodically to strengthen relationships and ensure process alignment.
- Support cross-functional teams in partner-related activities as required.
