5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM development

Expertise in HAM Pro Implementation.

Strong understanding and skill on Automation capabilities with in Servicenow platform

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies).

Experience with ServiceNow REST / SOAP API integrations.

Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.

Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management best practices.

Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform maintenance.
