JOB DESCRIPTION : Content Curator / Clip Identification Specialist
Role : Full-Time
Experience : 1–4 years
Location -Noida
working Days -6
Salary Package -25k-30k

About the Role
This person studies long-form content and identifies the best moments to convert into reels / shorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch all long episodes
- Note down timestamps & key moments
- Curate “high-hook” segments
- Create micro-hooks (10–15 word headlines)
- Select clips safe for fan pages (knowledge-only)
- Avoid sensitive topics (predictions, remedies)
- Work closely with editors & manager
- Maintain content pipeline for 30 days ahead
