Digital Marketing – Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
Conduct market research to identify new digital trends and customer needs.
2. Social Media Management
Manage official company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Create engaging posts, graphics, and short videos highlighting company activities, projects, and achievements.
Monitor engagement metrics and respond to audience queries or comments.
3. Content Creation & Management
Develop creative and relevant content for digital platforms, websites, and newsletters.
Coordinate with design teams for visuals and creatives.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
4. Website & SEO
Maintain and update company website content regularly.
Optimize website for SEO to improve search engine rankings and traffic.
Track and report website analytics using tools like Google Analytics.
Requirements
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in digital marketing tools : Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X / Twitter).
Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
