Job description15+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in engineering management. Strong hands-on background in Java / Spring Boot, TypeScript / React, and Kubernetes / Docker. Proven record of enforcing SDLC, testing, and CI / CD processes. Solid understanding of REST / gRPC, microservices, event-driven design and observability. Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Experience building enterprise SaaS or Low-Code / No-Code platforms. Knowledge of AI / ML or GenAI pipeline integrations. Familiarity with security and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO, GDPR). Predictable and high-quality releases. Strong SDLC compliance and reduced defects. Scalable and performant platform outcomes. High team engagement and growth.
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of our next-generation Agentic AI low-code / no-code hyperautomation platform. You will be responsible
for engineering excellence, SDLC enforcement, and ensuring product scalability, performance, and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role spanning backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.
What you'll do at EvoluteIQ :
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team.
- Define, enforce, and continuously improve SDLC and quality processes.
- Oversee delivery of product features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Conduct design and code reviews; ensure adherence to architectural principles.
- Own release readiness and production deployment quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and DevOps for seamless delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and automation initiatives.
