About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) to lead sales operations in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing distributor networks, and scaling business operations through proven MLM strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Build, train, and manage distributor / associate networks.
Lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams to ensure high performance.
Drive new customer acquisition and retention through MLM channels.
Analyze regional performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with proven expertise in MLM companies / brands .
Strong understanding of MLM business models, distributor networks, and compensation structures.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Hyderabad / South India market.
