Job Description :

The Vulnerability Intelligence Lead role at Nomura requires an experienced cybersecurity professional with over 8 years in Information Security, including at least 3 in Cyber Threat Intelligence. The candidate will lead a CTI team, focusing on tracking and analyzing emerging vulnerabilities, enriching CVE data, and producing intelligence reports. Strong knowledge of threat actor behavior, OSINT, threat frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, and dark web monitoring is essential. The role demands excellent communication, coordination skills, and the ability to engage across global teams including SOC, threat hunting, and vulnerability management. Experience with automation, intelligence lifecycle management, and scripting tools is preferred. Security certifications and knowledge of regulatory frameworks are advantageous. Candidates should be self-driven, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, often requiring off-hours availability.
