Role Description :

We are now looking for a UI / UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences at 12Grids and enhance the overall user experience across our products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end design process — from user research and ideation to high-fidelity UI designs and developer handoff.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and user interviews, and turn insights into actionable design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design flows that clearly communicate interaction and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business objectives.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Use data and feedback (user behavior, analytics, A / B testing) to iterate and optimize designs.
• Stay ahead of UI / UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Advocate for the user’s perspective while balancing brand identity and business needs.
